About Inhire AI

Inhire AI is a product of Ideact AI. Ideact AI builds and runs the platform at app.getinhire.com and this website at getinhire.com. On the site and in the app we often call the product Inhire.

Inhire AI does the first round of screening, so your team meets only the candidates who fit the role.

• CV screening: it reads each CV and compares it with the requirements of the role. CV screening is free.
• Assessment tests: candidates take a short test for the role. Assessment tests are free.
• AI interviews: candidates answer a structured interview by voice or text, at a time that suits them. AI interviews use credits.
• Ranking: you get scores, transcripts and a ranked shortlist, and you can export it to the ATS you already use.

The AI gives scores, rankings and summaries. Your recruiters and hiring managers decide who moves forward, who is rejected and who is hired. Inhire AI is not an ATS. It works next to the one you have.
