Security and Data Privacy

Your roles, candidates and results stay in your own workspace. Every request in the app is limited to the workspace of the signed-in user, so one customer cannot see another customer's data.

This website and the platform at app.getinhire.com use HTTPS. A request over plain HTTP is sent to HTTPS, so data between your browser and Inhire AI is encrypted in transit.

For candidate data, you decide why and how it is used. We process it for you and on your instructions. You own your data.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run Inhire AI, such as hosting and AI model providers, who may use the data only for our service
• systems you connect, for example your ATS when you export a shortlist
• authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety

AI reads CVs, runs interviews and scores answers against the criteria you set. These outputs support a human decision. They do not decide who moves forward, who is rejected or who is hired. You tell candidates that AI is used in your process.

We keep account data while the account is active, and candidate data while you keep it in the platform or until you ask us to delete it. After an account closes, we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.

In Indonesia, personal data is covered by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). In Malaysia, it is the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). As the employer, you need a lawful basis to process candidate data under the law that applies to you.

People can ask to access, correct or delete their personal data by email to [email protected]. Candidates should first contact the company that invited them, and we help that company respond. If a breach affects your data, we tell the affected customers and the authorities as the law requires.
